ORDERING AND DELIVERY
Orders can be delivered to your home or place of business. All orders will be subject to delivery costs as displayed in the basket. We cannot waive delivery fees for items mistakenly omitted from an order.
We cannot retroactively apply an industry discount to orders placed prior to receiving approval, or to orders placed at full price. We cannot waive the VAT from industry deal orders, as the discount is only for personal use.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND WARRANTY
Industry discount members are not entitled to free returns & exchanges.
Returns: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your gear. Item(s) must be returned unworn and in the original packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate late returns. To return your item(s) please email email@example.com for further instructions.
Exchanges: We do not currently have an automated exchange programme. You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your gear. See ‘Returns’ above. Item(s) must be returned unworn and in the original packaging. We cannot accept exchange out-of-date or opened nutrition. To place an exchange simply place a new order. You will be responsible for the delivery fees (if applicable) for the new order.
Warranty: If you have a defective product within 30 days, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. This does not affect your statutory rights.
